SALTY PEANUT BARK

WRITTEN BY Ashlae W. 11 May 2020

Easy to make, delicious to eat.

SALTY PEANUT BARK

2 bars (180-200g) good quality dark chocolate, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons (32g) creamy peanut butter
2.4mL SUPERGOOD daily oil
1 1/2 cups (225g) dry roasted peanuts
Heavy pinch of sea salt flakes

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler set over medium heat (you could microwave the chocolate, too, but we aren't microwave-havin' folks). Once melted, stir in the peanut butter and daily oil, then mix in the peanuts. Let the mixture cool for 10-15 minutes then spread on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Finish with sea salt flakes. Refrigerate until solid - about two hours - then break up into sizable pieces and store in an airtight container. Bark tastes best when enjoyed at room temperature.

Makes: Varies / Doses: 72MG CBD for the batch (dose per piece will vary depending on how you break up the bark)
